‘Life is unfair’ the phrase that must have been used at least once in our life when we’re easily not able to accept the things that are suddenly thrown our way.
Such unfairness in the life leaves many wounds. Some turn into experience and gives courage to tackle such situations, while some stay with us in the form of painful past.
Such experiences, make life seems just worthless and thoughts like these leads to self harm, depression, and even makes you to quit your life. But reasons behind suicidal thoughts are usually associated with mental health issues. Sentiments like this only come when your surrounding is full of negative thoughts.
But what should one do to prevent any type of self harmful action that may be a result of such thoughts?

- Practice meditation or do things that makes you happy calm and peaceful.
- Feel free to share your emotions and thoughts with others.
- Indulge in new things and make healthy life choices.
