Its controls the person on a daily basis like going to work, asking questions in class, hosting parties or events etc. There’s always a fear of judgement and worry about embarrassment on social spheres. Such things are some of the symptoms of social anxiety.

Social anxiety can affects person’s physical health, interpersonal relationships and is also a reason for behavioural change. It can also lead to some negative impacts like addiction, eating disorders or isolation and social withdrawal.
To cope up with social anxiety one should practice assertiveness, have a positive attitude, try to overcome habits that aren’t helping and try to adopt a healthy lifestyle to the maximum extent possible.
