Our lives were turned topsy-turvy when we were told to sit back at our homes because a lockdown was announced amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Now because of the pandemic a greater part of the world seemed to come to a halt and all the haste that was being carried for a long time seemed to be lost but this certainly affected many mental healths as even now in the minds of the people there are these constant fears of what the future holds for them, will their dreams ever come true, how will they feed their families or will things be normal again?
People are stressed to sit at their own homes and depression is surfacing because of stress and over-thinking. To stay safe it is absolutely necessary to stay at homes. The only way to escape from the boredom and the monotonous over-thinking is to put your energy into something productive and keep your mind busy.
We should take this as an opportunity, accept the truth and should indulge in some activity that we love. We can do whatever we thought we could but never tried or finished because of our busy schedule. Staying optimistic and not losing hope is essential during times like these.
