The Coronavirus outbreak has made us people live under unimaginable conditions. Still worrying about the aftermath of the outbreak all of us are trying to adjust and accept but sometimes all we see is a mist of confusion in front of us. We often feel hopeless and frustrated which never let us feel positive.

There are ways to uplift mood and they include our green buddies, the physical work of taking care of a plant and seeing life blooming from it uplifts mood and demands patience. Being in the moment has another effect on our mood, while walking if we just try to enjoy the breeze, hear the birds it can positively help us. Also laughing can trigger loads of positivity in our mind and body.

Everyone has their favourite playlist and every playlist carries a different vibe, listening to music helps to get rid of psychological distress and help us relax. Following our hobbies, the long lost ones or the ones we wanted to try but couldn’t and spending time in leisure activities can boost our mood and make us distract from what is happening around us.
