It’s OKAY To Talk About How You Actually Feel.
In this fast moving life and busy schedule, people are becoming depressed because they are not able to give themselves and their family sufficient time. Moreover, people have changed they have started hiding their emotions and there are many reasons and situation because of which a person might want to hide how he/she actually feels or make it evident to people around them. As we see can quite clearly see nowadays, people are hesitant about sharing their true feelings and emotions with even the people they’re the closest to and even if they’re not okay.
The problems this results in is that these feelings keeping on piling up inside and might turn into frustration, making the person unstable and ultimately affecting his/her mental and physical well-being.
People isolate themselves when they feel depressed. What we really want to stress on here is that is expressing our feelings really so hard that we feel that suffocating ourselves emotionally is better than talking it out? If not, then why do people do it?

Your emotions need a pathway to come out, and hiding your emotions and inner self will only make you weak and has zero benefits. It will only wear you down eventually and suffocate you, leading to emotional and mental imbalance. Emotions are natural everyone of us feel sad sometimes.
So,here are some tips that you can use to make yourself calm and express your feelings without any fear:-
- Take sharing your emotions as a positive sign.
- Talk to people when in need especially with peers and family.
- Talk to people you trust and know will add value to your life instead of only adding criticism.
- Give yourself time and believe in yourself.
- Take it easy. You don't ave to share it all at once.
- Build your confidence and self-worth.
Sometimes we feel low because of various aspects of our life like work burden, family issue, health issue etc. These factors bring stress which further results in various mental problems. So,it is important you must break your silence and speak for yourself because you are the only one who is responsible for your mental well-being and only you are one who can manage it. It’s a make or break situation, believe it or not. You should never lose hope as it is dark before dawn i.e. after every dark night, the sun will rise again and fill our lives with happiness and prosperity.
