Amidst the global pandemic where our country announced a nationwide lockdown to curb the spread of the virus there surfaced many economical and mental health problems. A major part of them were related to living with families all day, everyday.

This again had two sides where on one, people bonded with their families, spent time with them, played games, learnt how to cook or walked down the memory lane by glancing at old pictures. While on the other side, there was friction in some families as different personalities were locked at home and even minute conflicts were transformed to pretty big ones.

Also, because people had nothing to do, their mind was filled with exhaustion and stress of the present situation and thinking about the future, they might be in a bad mood and they often vent out their feelings to another person.

The only thing we can do is communicate and realise that these are difficult times for everybody and we should observe that if our closed ones are feeling low we should help them and should never leave them alone with their harsh thoughts. We should always be kind and helpful.
