How to communicate effectively when you are angry?

Anger is a universal emotion used to express our displeasure over
something. But anger often dominates our other emotions. Anger is not
a bad thing unless we make it so. we need to know the reason behind
our anger because there is always a reason or justification behind our
outbursts. There are various ways to control one’s anger. Remember to
be good no matter how a person behaves with you. Everyone is nice in
general. Write your thoughts in a diary and try to assess them. Try to
find humour in situation that makes you angry and if you cannot, turn
to some laughable stuff to calm your mind.
Effective communication when you are angry:
1. Positive thoughts
2. Apologize
3. Be respectful
4. Never reply to anger by anger
5. Listen before acting up.
