Stress is experienced by a person in some way or another and if not tackled in time it can create problems at many levels. Stress can make our body prone to serious ailments like anxiety and depression. The best way to soothe yourself when struggling with stress is to practice deep breathing.

It is a self-help exercise which calms our body, relaxes our mind and lowers our blood pressure level.

Deep, slow breathing is scientifically proven to provide relief from stress, the change in emotional state is coherent to the change in our breathing pattern. Deep breathing has found and maintain its place in many medication, yoga and even some martial arts. It has proven to be a simple, yet powerful technique for relaxation.

We can practice it almost anywhere and everywhere and at all times we feel angry or annoyed. This technique is even combined with aromatherapy and sound therapies; now a proper guide of it can also be find at mobile apps. There are certain steps that are to be followed while practicing deep breathing though most important are being comfortable and at ease. By practicing it daily we can make it a part of our daily routine and can achieve all mental, physical and emotional benefits of it.
