Anger — Control it before it controls you

Our so-called heat of the moment brings us anger and immediate or
gradual regret. Uncontrollable anger causes unrepairable damage,
physical, mental on emotional. Anger is supposedly a natural response
to something unpleasant or threatening or unfair and of course
different people have different triggers. Instead of bashing someone for
his/her anger one must have acceptance of a natural response. Just like
happiness or sadness, anger is also a natural response. But anger is also
an awfully powerful emotion because the one who’s angry is probably
hurting the most. Few tips for anger management are exercise, deep
breathing, repeating a word to calm down, pleasant imagery, etc. All
these tips are proven to be useful for avoiding heart diseases, high
blood pressure, peptic ulcers and it’s bets to control it before it starts
controlling your life.
